AND CHARITY EVENTS
During the year a number of Lodges and other orders hold functions apart from their usual meetings, many of which are open to members of other Lodges, and some open to non-Masonic guests.
This page will highlight the events and give contact details to obtain tickets.
Any lodge. chapter or other order, planning a social or charity event is advised to check that the date is not already being used by another for their function. Once the date is chosen, notify the webmaster and the details (even if in skeleton form) will be recorded here. This will hopefully prevent another lodge (etc) using the same date. This has occurred recently and where charity events are concerned, conflicting dates have the effect of reducing the possible collections.
The Royal Alfred summer family event
To be held between 1pm and 8pm on the 21st August 2016.
Tickets will be sold to brethren at a price of £25 for adults.
Children 10years and under will be £15.
Both include a three course meal and access to the limited funfair free of charge.
There will be a bar available in the VIP tent.
Tickets will be sold to the public at a price of £12.50 per person but they will not have access to the food or bar in the VIP tent.
There are 150 tickets of which fifty have already been sold.
