As a result of the Masonic Temple being used for dinners and functions at which alcohol is served, it is necessary for the property to be licenced.

The Jersey Masonic Association Ltd has been created to hold the 3rd category (Restaurant) licence to purvey alcohol at the Masonic Temple.

The shares in the company are held in trust for the benefit of all subscribing members of Masonic orders in Jersey.
